Description

Fields: name (max 60), message (max 500, plain text), optional http(s) website, stamp validated against the preset list
Honeypot field plus a signed form timestamp rejecting sub-3-second submissions; no CAPTCHA - moderation is the real gate
No stored per-person identifiers (drops garden's visitorId); rate limit 1 accepted submission per IP per hour via the shared helper
