Public and private tickets

Every ticket is public or private. A private ticket is hidden from anyone who is not a member of the project.

• A visitor who is not signed in sees only the public tickets of this project
• A whole project can also be private, and then none of it is visible without membership
• A private project can choose to show on the home page as a locked card, with its name, ticket count and activity, but no ticket text
